L&D Senior Associate – Learning & Development

About the role

Join PwC's Internal Firm Services team as an L&D Senior Associate, where you will design, facilitate and evaluate learning initiatives that enhance the firm’s capabilities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs align with PwC’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing multiple client engagements and report to senior managers.
• Train, coach and lead junior staff members.
• Develop and deliver learning programs, both classroom‑based and virtual.
• Translate learning needs into program outlines, activity plans and training materials.
• Gather and analyse data on learning needs and program effectiveness.
• Create training assets such as videos, instructor guides, online modules and participant manuals.
• Maintain L&D marketing communications (emails, internal newsletters, signage).
• Curate and manage both online and offline training resources.
• Support business development activities and internal brand building.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team.
