About the role
Cabrera & Company, a Philippine member firm of the PwC global network, is looking for a qualified lawyer to join its legal team as a Senior Associate. The role focuses on helping clients manage legal risks, ensure compliance, and implement legal strategies that align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on tax law, corporate governance, and financial regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and compliance policies.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including litigation and dispute resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and develop tailored legal strategies.
- Ensure client compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor legislative changes and advise clients on their impact.
Required profile
- Must have passed the Philippine Bar Examination (Bar Passer); fresh bar passers are welcome.
- CPA qualification or any Business degree is a plus.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
