Key responsibilities
- Represent the company or clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on labor, criminal, and civil cases.
- Manage and oversee litigation processes and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation, policy formation, and business decisions.
