About the role

NEPOMUCENO HOLGADO & ABLETES Law (NALO) is seeking qualified lawyers to join its dynamic team in Makati City. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the opportunity to work across multiple practice areas while leveraging technology‑driven solutions for complex legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, pleadings, memoranda and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal research, analyze statutes and case law, and provide clear advice on client rights and obligations.
• Represent clients in court, administrative hearings and negotiations.
• Participate in client meetings, consultations and strategy sessions.
• Collaborate closely with paralegals, colleagues and firm leadership to deliver high‑quality legal services.

Required profile

• Law degree from an accredited institution and active bar admission in the Philippines.
• Strong analytical and research abilities with a solid grasp of statutes, regulations and case law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focused on client relationships.
• Demonstrated integrity, professional judgment and commitment to ethical practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Makati City and pursue continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal technology tools and standard office software for case and document management.
