Launch Engineering Staff

About the role

The Launch Engineering Staff supports the introduction of new products, models, machines and production processes. Working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning and other functions, the role ensures that new projects are ready for mass production while meeting quality, safety, cost and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in launching new products, models, machines and production lines.
• Prepare prototype and trial‑production activities, including machine set‑up, trial runs, testing and validation.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to develop work instructions, process flow charts, reports and layout documents.
• Conduct time studies, line balancing and monitor manpower or capacity.
• Track project schedules, report issues and support corrective actions during the launch phase.
• Help resolve production and process problems and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives for quality, productivity, safety and cost reduction.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Manager.

Required profile

• Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering documentation is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Biñan, Laguna.
