L1 Technical Support Representative (Remote, Dayshift)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated L1 Technical Support Representative to provide remote assistance to customers using EV charging stations. This full‑time, dayshift position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering high‑quality support via phone, email, and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about EV charging stations through phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose problems, and guide users to resolution.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex cases to higher‑level support when necessary.
• Continuously update knowledge base with common solutions and best practices.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, dayshift environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software.
