Key Account Manager – Retail Partnerships

About the role

As interest from major supermarkets and modern‑trade accounts grows, Blitz Nutrition is seeking a Key Account Manager to scale its retail presence across the Philippines. You will own and expand relationships with key retail partners, work directly with buyers and category managers, secure new store listings, launch promotions, and ensure proper in‑store stocking and display. You will also help build the modern‑trade business from the ground up, develop scalable systems, and directly influence the brand’s expansion across supermarkets and major retailers.

Required profile

• Experience in key account management, modern trade, retail sales, or a related commercial role.
• Prior work with supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, sports retail, or other major retail accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Comfortable engaging directly with buyers, category managers, and senior decision‑makers.
• Solid commercial judgment with understanding of sales, margins, promotions, and account profitability.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and operational requirements.
• Proactive, resourceful, and ownership‑driven.
• Willing to conduct regular store visits and support occasional retail activations.
• Adaptable to a fast‑moving startup environment where processes are continuously built and improved.
