Key Account Manager – Large Farm

About the role

The Large Farm Key Account Manager will drive growth of farm feed and animal health products for Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation across Mindanao. You will act as the primary technical and sales liaison for large farms, delivering product knowledge, training and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture a loyal customer base of large farms for feed and veterinary products.
• Conduct technical training sessions for farm owners, distributors and internal sales teams.
• Collaborate with industry stakeholders to expand market share within the assigned region.
• Provide technical expertise and sales support, acting as the company’s point‑of‑contact for product inquiries.
• Monitor market trends and report insights to help shape sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or Nutrition.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in selling or marketing animal feeds and/or veterinary products.
• Licensed DVM is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and judgment skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good planning, organizing and coordination abilities.
• Valid driving license.
