Key Account Analyst – E‑commerce Market Insights

About the role

As a Key Account Analyst you will help Cube’s largest global client—a leading consumer‑goods company—extract maximum value from our e‑commerce market data and insights. Working fully remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between the client and Cube’s internal teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, handling inquiries and proactively communicating updates, new features, and delivery timelines.
• Champion the client internally, coordinating cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality service.
• Develop deep expertise in Cube’s reports, deliverables, and broader e‑commerce data capabilities to support client needs.
• Gather and relay client requests and feedback to product development and data teams, acting as the ‘voice of the client’.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional experience, with at least 1‑2 years in client service or account management, preferably in market research or business strategy.
• Excellent written and spoken English, as the role involves frequent interaction with clients outside Thailand.
• Strong quantitative aptitude and confidence working with large data sets.
• Curiosity and a drive to continuously improve processes and account‑management practices.
• Experience in e‑commerce is a plus, but not mandatory.
