Junior Talent Coordinator

About the role

As a Junior Talent Coordinator you will be at the centre of our hiring process, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from posting jobs to onboarding new teammates. This remote position offers meaningful, hands‑on work that directly influences who joins our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings, screen applicants, schedule interviews and keep the recruitment pipeline up‑to‑date.
• Maintain candidate communications with professionalism and timely follow‑up.
• Update our Applicant Tracking System (Breezy.HR) with accurate candidate information.
• Coordinate interview logistics for initial and final interview panels.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions, interview guides and recruitment templates.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly hiring updates to the Talent Team.
• Support onboarding coordination and handle HR administrative tasks in BambooHR.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, administrative support or a related field (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
• Strong enthusiasm for people and excellent organisational abilities.
• Clear, warm communication style that makes candidates feel respected.
• Self‑directed, proactive and eager to learn in the talent acquisition space.
• Comfortable working fully remotely with a reliable home‑office setup.
