About the role
We are seeking a proactive Junior Property Manager and Maintenance Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of a 32‑unit residential portfolio while coordinating maintenance for both residential and commercial properties. This remote position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a 32‑unit residential portfolio.
- Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, and unit turnovers.
- Manage vacancy postings, leasing coordination, and applicant screening.
- Handle lease renewals, rent increases, and serve as primary contact for tenant concerns.
- Create and track maintenance work orders, schedule vendors, obtain bids, and follow up on projects.
- Provide support to the commercial property management team as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in property management or maintenance coordination.
- Hands‑on experience with leasing, tenant relations, and unit turns.
- Proficiency with AppFolio or a comparable property‑management platform.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Asana (or similar task‑management tools).
- Self‑starter able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

What we offer

- Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM PST.
