Junior Project Manager – Partnership & Distribution

About the role

We are looking for a driven Junior Project Manager to support our Partnership & Distribution Group at Salmon, a fast‑growing consumer fintech in the Philippines. The role offers hands‑on exposure to project launches, cross‑functional coordination and operational execution in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end‑to‑end project launches, from planning through rollout.
• Maintain clear documentation, project trackers, dashboards and progress summaries.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Heads and Regional Sales Heads on rollout activities.
• Consolidate project updates and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Participate in daily operational follow‑ups and structured progress reviews.
• Capture best practices and insights from project participants.

Required profile

• Energetic, organized and eager to learn, with a passion for bringing order to complex situations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.
• Adaptable and calm under pressure, thriving in a fast‑changing environment.
• Growth‑mindset viewing the role as a launchpad for a project‑management career.
• Graduate or graduating student from a top Philippine university (UP, Ateneo, DLSU) or equivalent.
