Junior Paraplanner – Remote, Day Shift

About the role

EMAPTA is seeking a Junior Paraplanner to join its Australian financial planning team remotely from the Philippines. This full‑time, day‑shift position supports advisers with plan preparation and advice implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA) using XPLAN.
• Research and analyse superannuation, insurance and investment products.
• Enter client data, maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist senior planners with advice implementation and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver high‑quality financial solutions.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with a strong interest in Australian financial services.
• Excellent written English and ability to work independently from home.
• Available for a day‑shift schedule with weekends off.
• Willingness to learn and develop paraplanning expertise.

Required skills

• XPLAN financial planning software.
