Junior Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Junior Marketing Specialist supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events, ensuring timely delivery and accurate coordination. Working closely with Marketing Managers and Senior Specialists, the role contributes to lead management, reporting, and overall marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign setup, scheduling, tracking, and deliverables across multiple channels using Monday.com.
• Maintain marketing automation assets in Pardot and Salesforce, including email templates, forms, and landing pages.
• Support event logistics such as material ordering, shipping, registration management, and post‑event lead routing.
• Perform data management tasks, generate reports, and assist with invoice processing and purchase requests.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and vendors to ensure quality and timely completion of marketing assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of experience in marketing campaign execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with internal and external customers.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize workload across multiple projects.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Willingness to work night shifts and quickly learn new enterprise tools.
