Junior HVAC Technician – Data Center (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer/Technician to join our data‑center team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems that keep the facility running 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain panels, UPS, diesel generators, chillers, PAC and HVAC equipment.
• Monitor and manage data‑center monitoring systems including BMS, DCIM and SCADA.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with ITIL and CMMS documentation processes.
• Work rotating 24/7 shift cycles to provide continuous support.
• Document incidents and maintenance activities accurately.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience in a data‑center environment.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant technical field.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift schedule.
• Driving licence is a preferred add‑on.
