Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Junior Graphic Designer will create fresh, engaging visual concepts that support brand communication and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital assets for websites, social media, campaigns, events, and executive briefings while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines and adapting priorities based on market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business goals into clear, creative designs.
• Continuously improve creative processes, tools, and workflows to boost efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 1‑2 years of related design experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Advanced PowerPoint design skills.
• Video editing, storyboarding, animation, and motion graphics capabilities.
