Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our remote team at Outsourced.ph. You will work on a variety of marketing assets, from logos and banners to digital campaigns and presentations, supporting both internal and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials such as logos, banners, emailers, brochures, booklets and social media graphics.
• Create simple GIF animations and motion graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all outputs.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital formats, optimizing files for each medium.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong visual communication, attention to detail and ability to interpret client briefs.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently or within a team and meet deadlines.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
