Junior Digital Social Commerce Manager

About the role

Future Glow Philippines is looking for a Junior Digital Social Commerce Manager to drive its TikTok and livestream presence. You will work closely with the creative team, influencers, and internal stakeholders to create engaging short‑form video content and live shopping experiences that boost brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with content creators and influencers to produce TikTok videos that follow brand guidelines and maximize engagement.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute brand and KOL livestream events on TikTok and Shopee, managing flow, talking points, and promotional mechanics.
• Develop and maintain a TikTok content calendar, incorporating trends, challenges, and themes to drive conversions.
• Monitor livestream and TikTok performance using analytics tools, track KPIs such as views, engagement, GMV, and conversion rate, and produce regular performance reports.
• Identify and partner with TikTok influencers to expand reach and create authentic brand content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation with a focus on TikTok and livestreams (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for livestreams.
