Junior BERDE Coordinator (Sustainability)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior BERDE Coordinator to join our award‑winning design and consultancy firm in Makati. The role offers hands‑on training in PHILGBC‑BERDE green building standards and the chance to become a Certified BERDE Professional while supporting sustainable projects across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Receive instructions from the Principal Architect and collaborate with the BERDE Coordinator and Project Lead to ensure project alignment.
• Coordinate team schedules, organize and attend project meetings, and maintain clear communication among stakeholders.
• Conduct research, gather data, and prepare technical reports with accuracy and clarity.
• Update and organize project files and provide ad‑hoc administrative support as needed.
• Participate in site visits outside the National Capital Region when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (new graduates welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong technical writing and proofreading abilities.
• Critical thinker with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong time‑management, high integrity, and a proactive, collaborative work style.
• Eagerness to learn green building practices and willingness to work in Makati and travel for site visits.
