About the role
We are looking for a Junior AU Loan Administrator to support Australian brokers, manage loan processes and develop a mortgage career—all from a permanent work‑from‑home setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Australian mortgage brokers with loan applications and documentation.
- Process loan files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
- Maintain communication with clients and internal teams throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Contribute to the growth of the global mortgage portfolio.
Required profile
- Junior‑level experience or strong interest in mortgage lending.
- Ability to work remotely on a day‑shift schedule with weekends off.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
