Junior Associate Lawyer

About the role

ABO Law is expanding its legal team and seeks a motivated Junior Associate Lawyer to support its clients in Manila. The role offers hands‑on experience in litigation and commercial matters while working in a dynamic, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, including court submissions and commercial agreements.
• Maintain a schedule of hearings, court appearances, and client conferences in line with case requirements.
• Represent clients before courts and quasi‑judicial bodies both within and outside Metro Manila.
• Provide legal consultations, opinions, and advice grounded in applicable statutes and jurisprudence.
• Liaise with government offices, administrative agencies, and judicial entities.

Required profile

• Licensed member of the Bar of the Philippines.
• Recent law graduates or new lawyers eager to start their legal career.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bonifacio Global City.

Required skills

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: 8‑hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Supplemental appearance fees and profit‑sharing (5% for lawyers).
• 13th and 14th month salary, bonus pay, and HMO card.
