Junior Associate Attorney

About the role

Gargantiel & Associates is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join its legal team in Metro Manila. This full‑time, hybrid position offers the opportunity to work across multiple practice areas while developing core litigation and corporate law skills under supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case precedents.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, memoranda, legal opinions, and other court documents.
• Assist in case preparation for hearings, trials, and client conferences.
• Review and summarize legal documents, manage case files, and prepare reports.
• Participate in client meetings and coordinate with colleagues and support staff.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Admission to the Philippine Bar or eligibility to take the Bar Examination.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Organizational aptitude with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal research software.
• Familiarity with common office software tools.
