Olalia dela Cruz Law is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join its dynamic, energetic team. The firm specializes in tax and corporate law while offering services across many practice areas, providing a broad exposure for newly minted lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and draft petitions, motions, briefs, and other essential pleadings.
• Formulate, review, and finalize contracts and related agreements.

Required profile

• Member of the Philippine Bar and graduate of a reputable law school.
• Proficiency in English and Filipino.
• Strong aptitude for case management, including strategizing, developing case theories, analyzing evidence, and providing comprehensive legal advice.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with associates, paralegals, and support staff.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining professionalism.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with legal research databases, case management software, and technology tools related to tax and corporate law.
• Ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
• Hands‑on experience in trials, hearings, negotiations, mediations, or arbitrations (e.g., moot court participation).
• Willingness to travel as required and availability to start immediately.
