Job description
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily ecommerce store operations and ensure front‑store tasks are live on time.
- Send daily store monitoring screenshots to brand partners and prepare sales reports versus targets.
- Coordinate with clients, respond promptly to requests, and collaborate with inter‑departmental teams following company protocols.
- Support senior team members in implementing campaign and playbook strategies while maintaining accuracy and timeliness of operational tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities and good communication skills for client and team coordination.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast‑paced ecommerce environment.
Required skills
- Basic familiarity with Lazada ecommerce platform.
- Basic familiarity with Shopee ecommerce platform.
