Jr. / Sr. Audit Associate

About the role

The Audit Associate will support the internal audit function by examining financial information, identifying risks and inefficiencies, and delivering clear, evidence‑based reports. This role is suitable for candidates at junior or senior levels who are eager to contribute to process improvements and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Examine financial information to uncover inconsistencies, inefficiencies, or potential risks.
• Draft clear audit working papers and reports supported by solid evidence.
• Provide actionable audit recommendations and oversee their implementation.
• Assist in corporate planning, cost accounting reviews, and related initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units to promote compliance and drive process enhancements.
• Update policies and documentation based on audit findings.
• Support internal audit efforts by assessing controls, confirming policy adherence, and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Perform internal financial and operational audits, including vouching, reconciliation, variance analysis, and control testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Familiarity with accounting systems.
• Knowledge of auditing procedures, vouching, and financial audit techniques.
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Experience with accounting systems.
