Jefe/a de Unidad – Obra Hidráulica en Zaragoza

About the role

Eosol Group, a leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a Unit Manager to lead four major hydraulic works around Zaragoza. The role involves overseeing water supply, sanitation, and potable, industrial and stormwater networks linked to data centre facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and sign off on all construction activities for the assigned hydraulic projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of roughly 20 staff per site, including senior engineers and site inspectors.
• Plan, organise and control every project phase from execution to final hand‑over.
• Ensure compliance with current safety and health regulations.
• Manage material and human resources efficiently.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Resolve incidents and make strategic decisions to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate integration of hydraulic infrastructure with data centre requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in senior construction roles, preferably in hydraulic works.
• University degree in Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals & Ports, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Zaragoza area.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage contracts and budgets.
