IT Technician (Temporary Contract)

About the role

IntouchCX is seeking a temporary IT Technician to support its fast‑paced, break/fix environment. You will ensure workstations and related hardware are operational and properly connected to the network, while maintaining a clean and organized IT department.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test, and repair workstations, addressing performance and hardware issues.
• Ensure all computer peripherals and components function correctly and communicate on the network.
• Troubleshoot and report line‑of‑business application problems.
• Track, organize, and maintain physical hardware inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the IT department.
• Provide general support for departmental organization and cleanup tasks.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Adaptable and able to learn various software programs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑managed, capable of multitasking in a time‑sensitive environment.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb.
