About the role
TaskUs is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first‑level technical assistance to internal users across its global operations. You will act as the go‑to person for hardware, software and telecommunications issues, ensuring rapid resolution and high satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and email requests from employees seeking technical help.
- Log and track all support tickets, maintaining accurate records of queries and resolutions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems while preserving data integrity.
- Perform testing, configuration, installation, modification, maintenance and repair of computer hardware, operating systems, applications, patches and updates.
- Assist users during application testing and rollout of new programs.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow departmental standards and guidelines.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment.
