IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance to end‑users across multiple urgent‑care clinics and support offices. The role ensures smooth operation of workstations, EMR systems, and related IT infrastructure while maintaining professional relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Modify configurations, utilities, and default software settings on local workstations.
• Troubleshoot and support EMR systems.
• Document internal procedures and updates for IT processes.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding, including account creation and termination.
• Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, software, and licenses via Asset Tracking.
• Respond to user queries via phone, in‑person, or ticketing systems.
• Perform Active Directory maintenance and manage user access.
• Complete mandatory compliance training and ensure alignment with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of customer‑service experience.
• At least one (1) year of experience in IT support, help‑desk, or a similar technical role.
• Stable employment history.
