IT Project Manager - Mid level

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software delivery projects on a night‑shift schedule (9 PM‑6 AM) at our Paranaque site. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing scope and timelines, and ensuring clear communication with US‑based stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with business, technology, operations, and client teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Manage timelines, tasks, dependencies, risks and action items throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct regular project meetings, status calls and follow‑ups, providing updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with development, QA, business analysts and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and post‑release support.
• Identify and escalate project risks, blockers and dependencies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting notes, status reports and task trackers.
• Support prioritisation and task planning with technical and business teams during US overlap hours.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in project coordination, project management or related IT roles.
• Background in an IT/software development or technology delivery environment.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across time zones.
• Experience facilitating meetings, tracking tasks and managing scope and timelines.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours that overlap with US business hours.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong attention to detail.
