IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead one major or multiple minor technology projects that support business initiatives. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Define team roles, set performance objectives, and provide coaching and training.
• Coordinate communication among stakeholders, vendors, and third‑party partners.
• Identify, raise, and resolve project issues at appropriate levels.
• Collaborate with business users to assess feasibility, gather requirements, and estimate effort.
• Conduct project reviews to ensure quality, compliance with MLPP regulations, and adherence to established processes.
• Allocate resources for production support and ad‑hoc requirements.
• Maintain technical expertise in assigned business domains and stay current with industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application systems design, analysis, development, and maintenance, preferably in a banking environment.
• Proven ability to manage project resources and deliver results.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud‑based platforms.
