IT Project Manager

About the role

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology projects across its financial services streams. You will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, managing risks, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for effective delivery of projects, from initiation to closure.
• Provide clear progress reporting and updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Maintain comprehensive project lifecycle documentation.
• Own and manage project risks and issues, following proper escalation routes.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and change management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and work in ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with both traditional and agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading steering committees or governance calls.
