IT Operations Support Specialist (Remote Night Shift)

About the role

You will act as an embedded extension of the internal IT team for a U.S.-based multi‑brand manufacturing and distribution company. Working remotely from the Philippines on a night‑shift schedule, you will handle Tier 1 support, identity and access administration, asset management, vendor coordination, and knowledge‑base development across a multi‑entity enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Own the support queue: triage, categorize, progress, resolve or properly escalate tickets.
• Provide initial troubleshooting for Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, printers, peripherals and standard business applications.
• Document resolved issues and convert recurring patterns into standard operating procedures.
• Manage identity and access requests (on‑boarding, off‑boarding, MFA, group memberships, license assignments).
• Maintain up‑to‑date hardware records and coordinate purchasing, logistics and device lifecycle.
• Collaborate with MSPs, multiple vendors and multi‑location teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in IT support, service desk or IT operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Methodical, strong communicator who takes full ownership of tickets.
• Available to work night shift (8 PM – 5 AM, Monday‑Friday).
