IT Manager – IT Support & Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the IT Support and Systems Administration function for our small business in Cebu City. The role is hands‑on, covering Windows and macOS desktops, Office 365, Salesforce custom applications, network devices and cloud servers, while supporting both the local team and our headquarters in Los Angeles on a US night‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software and user account issues.
• Maintain and update Windows and macOS PCs, apply security patches and manage Office 365 services.
• Administer cloud environments (AWS/Azure), monitor server performance and manage user permissions.
• Configure, customize and support Salesforce applications, including updates and user training.
• Maintain network infrastructure, enforce security protocols and monitor cybersecurity measures.
• Document system procedures, create troubleshooting guides and produce performance reports.
• Lead IT projects, coordinate with external vendors and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of IT support or systems administration experience, preferably in a small‑business setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Office 365, cloud servers and networking.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting Salesforce custom applications.
• Proven project‑management and communication abilities.
