IT Developer – Automation & AI Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Developer to strengthen our IT operations and drive automation and AI‑driven initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges, streamlining processes, and working with modern technologies to boost business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation tools, AI solutions, chatbots, and internal web applications.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated and improve existing workflows.
• Build and support API integrations, databases, and system connections.
• Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and internal reporting systems.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and system issues.
• Provide IT support, including workstation setup, software installation, and end‑user assistance.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance of new systems and applications.
• Create and keep technical documentation and standard operating procedures up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, software development, or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Java, PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL.
• MySQL and/or PostgreSQL databases.
• API integration experience.
• Git/GitHub version control.
• Familiarity with React, Node.js, Laravel, or Spring Boot.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or chatbot development.
