iOS Software Engineer – Hybrid (AU Retail)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled iOS Software Engineer to join our retail technology team. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and follows a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (6 am‑3 pm PHT). You will help design, develop, and maintain high‑performance mobile applications that serve a large user base.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and release native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI and Combine.
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and, where applicable, GraphQL endpoints.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services and ensure secure handling of user data.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle, from architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Write unit and UI tests, troubleshoot performance issues, and continuously improve code quality.
• Utilize DevOps tools such as Atlassian suite, Bitbucket, JIRA and Confluence for version control and project tracking.
• Stay updated on mobile technology trends and propose enhancements to the product.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
• 2‑4 years of professional software development experience, preferably in mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, scalability and reliability.
• Experience working in large, cross‑functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
