Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of innovative solutions for internal and external customers worldwide, working remotely from Manila. The role combines project management expertise with technical architecture guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects to meet scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Provide quality assurance, financial tracking and resource allocation for assigned projects.
• Engage stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize work and manage change requests.
• Onboard and structure project teams, facilitate meetings and maintain project documentation in line with PMO standards.
• Manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies (RAID) and develop mitigation plans.
• Guide teams and customers on Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Produce regular status reports and foster trusted relationships with customers.
• Contribute to improvement of delivery methodology, templates and pre-sales activities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of overall project management experience, including at least 4 years in data integration or technical architecture roles.
• Proven consulting background with a strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
