Investor Relations Officer – Dubai

About the role

The Investor Relations Officer will support the Investor Relations Manager in handling investor inquiries, delivering project updates, and executing client‑centric campaigns across North America, Asia and the Middle East. This role combines communication, data analysis, and coordination to ensure high‑quality investor reporting and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to phone and email inquiries from investors, clients and business partners promptly and professionally.
• Escalate complex complaints to the Investor Relations Manager following company protocol.
• Design and run outward client servicing and sales/reinvestment campaigns.
• Maintain accurate project information and produce regular investor updates, presentations, fact sheets and ad‑hoc reports.
• Research market, industry and economic trends affecting the real‑estate sector and collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret data.
• Support internal and external stakeholders with communication requirements and assist in managing corporate data in the company database.
• Work flexible hours, including outside normal business times when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience, preferably in financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin or Japanese are a plus.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑motivated with a desire for continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
