Investment Income Processing/Reconciliation Associate

About the role

The Investment Income Processing/Reconciliation Associate will work within the middle‑office of the investment banking division, handling income and corporate action processing for fixed‑income and equity securities. This high‑impact role combines strong exposure to capital markets with the use of technology to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile investment income for fixed‑income securities.
• Manage corporate actions for equity securities, ensuring accurate allocation and settlement.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with front‑office, operations and technology teams to support transaction processing.
• Generate reports and maintain documentation for audit and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the middle office.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Experience or strong exposure to investment banking and capital markets.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
