International B2B Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive International B2B Business Development Executive to generate new customers across European and Philippine markets. The role manages the complete sales cycle, from prospect research and outreach to closing and order conversion, working closely with a China‑based support team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new B2B customers in Europe and the Philippines, focusing on European markets.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using company leads and independent prospecting.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other approved channels.
• Qualify prospects, present product solutions, arrange meetings, and coordinate quotations, samples and technical documentation.
• Record all activities in the CRM and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Food Science, Nutrition, Business or Marketing.
• Strong spoken English and professional written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close deals.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Use of lead generation databases and email prospecting tools.
• International account research capabilities.
