Intercompany Accountant

About the role

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking an Intercompany Accountant to manage and reconcile intercompany transactions across the organization. The role involves maintaining accurate journals, preparing financial statements, and providing analysis to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve intercompany imbalances (AR‑AP, P&L, FINCO).
• Review weekly and monthly intercompany account balances and validate payment proposals.
• Prepare journal entries and perform balance‑sheet account reconciliations.
• Conduct balance‑sheet reviews and analysis for assigned accounts.
• Approve and monitor intercompany rebilling requests.
• Monitor GR‑IR open items to keep open line items to a minimum.
• Identify and implement process improvements for intercompany accounting.
• Provide intercompany‑related information to management and auditors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Experience in general‑ledger accounting and accounting operations.
• Proficiency with SAP, Analysis for Office, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, and schedule creation.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and research abilities.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to lead projects, work extended hours, and start immediately.
