About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Global Finance team as an Intercompany Accountant I, supporting the Intercompany Accounting process for sophisticated MRCs. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and timely period closings while collaborating with a worldwide network of finance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Implement accounting and daily operations for the Intercompany Accounting process area.
• Execute timely financial period closings in line with the closing calendar and SLA commitments.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, internal audit, and SOX requirements.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of reported actuals within the assigned scope.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations to minimize open items.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for new team members and BPO partners.
• Support auditors and legal authorities with required activities.
• Enforce worldwide policies and procedures, identify compliance risks, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain strong internal controls to achieve operational perfection.

Required profile
