Insurance Authorization Specialist – Single Case Agreements & Prior Authorization

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Insurance Authorization Specialist to manage Single Case Agreements (SCAs) and Prior Authorizations (PAs) for our senior mental‑health program. You will work directly with U.S. insurance payers to ensure patients receive timely access to care.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of Single Case Agreements with insurance payers.
• Submit, track, and follow up on Prior Authorizations to secure timely approvals.
• Communicate with insurers to resolve issues and move cases forward.
• Gather and organize clinical documentation required for submissions.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems (EHR, CRM) and proactively flag delays or denials.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, and billing teams to ensure seamless patient access.

Required profile

• Experience with Single Case Agreements (SCAs) or Prior Authorizations (PAs) for U.S. healthcare payers.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
