About the role
The Inside Sales Advisor will handle customer inquiries related to new vehicle purchases, focusing on vehicle configurations and converting existing reservations into production orders. The role aims to deliver high‑quality service that reflects Tesla’s brand values.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to reservation and ownership inquiries across multiple channels.
- Work with reservation holders to turn reservations into production orders, meeting build, shipment, and delivery targets.
- Provide a superior prospect experience that aligns with Tesla’s brand standards.
- Follow a consistent contact process to nurture and close leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Achieve company vehicle order goals and adhere to activity metrics.
- Plan calls efficiently, maximize phone time, and stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
- Collaborate with technical departments to stay informed on vehicle and production talking points.
- Maintain accurate information in Tesla’s CRM system and suggest website improvements.
- Escalate issues requiring senior management approval and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required profile
- Strong team‑player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Valid driving licence.
- Fluency in English.
