Industrial Architect (Architect I)

About the role

Arcadis is looking for an experienced Industrial Architect to join its Global Excellence Centre in the Philippines. The role will support large‑scale industrial projects such as manufacturing plants, data centres, warehouses and energy infrastructure, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Arcadis Health and Safety principles throughout project planning and delivery.
• Manage technical aspects of tasks, ensuring compliance with financial, quality and schedule targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including GEC Team Leads, MEP & Structure leads, and US/Canada project reviewers.
• Develop concept ideas and produce detailed general arrangement layouts and construction drawings using BIM (SD to CD).
• Provide design management support from concept through construction to building use stages.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Arcadis services and industry trends to enhance credibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Licensed architect status (or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design, preferably on large‑scale industrial projects.
• Proven experience with Revit and BIM workflows.
• Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
