In-house Project Engineer

About the role

The In-house Project Engineer will ensure the quality and accuracy of academic programs and training services at Chiang Kai Shek College. You will develop, implement, and audit internal QA/QC procedures while working closely with educators to embed quality controls into curriculum design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans and QA/QC standards for educational programs.
• Audit and monitor compliance with internal quality procedures.
• Collaborate with teachers and curriculum designers to integrate quality measures.
• Document QA activities and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the college.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in QA/QC within a software development environment.
• High attention to detail and a passion for educational excellence.
• Willingness to travel between Manila and Cavite when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with test automation tools.
• Knowledge of quality standards and QA/QC methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile development practices.
