Implementation Consultant – Remote B2B SaaS

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Implementation Consultant to lead full‑cycle SaaS deployments for our B2B clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from project kickoff through Go‑Live and ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, serving as the primary client contact.
• Conduct discovery workshops to map procurement and financial processes into customized workflows.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, and catalogs.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions and onboarding sprints for client stakeholders.
• Create structured enablement resources such as deployment playbooks and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and QA teams to resolve technical blockers and feed client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with business metrics and data.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS, ERP, or CRM solutions.
• Proven change‑management abilities and a customer‑centric approach.
