Identity Management Systems Administrator (eDirectory)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Identity Management Systems Administrator to oversee our eDirectory environment. The role focuses on maintaining secure, reliable identity services and supporting infrastructure projects across our hybrid workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Build, deploy, maintain, and document changes in eDirectory environments.
• Provide L2 operational support for troubleshooting, request handling, and incident resolution.
• Assist in server and application migration projects, including Novell eDirectory migrations.
• Manage and create eDirectory drivers.
• Ensure platform stability, optimal response times, and lifecycle management.
• Communicate system performance and incident reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of infrastructure experience, especially with Novell products and Linux OS.
• Strong expertise in Linux OS, eDirectory, IDM Console, and NetIQ Access Manager.
• Deep knowledge of Novell services, LDAP, Apache Tomcat, and NDSD service.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
