Hybrid Recruiter (Remote + Onsite)

About the role

As a Hybrid Recruiter at BruntWork you will split your week between remote sourcing activities and two onsite days at the client’s office in Cubao, Quezon City. You will conduct face‑to‑face screening interviews on onsite days and spend the rest of the time sourcing, screening and engaging top talent for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and facilitate hiring of candidates that match client requirements.
• Conduct virtual and onsite screening interviews to assess qualifications.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process, including offer discussions.
• Manage multiple active job requisitions while meeting quality and turnaround targets.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, headhunting or a similar role.
• Proven ability to source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals or other platforms.
• Capability to handle several requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.
• Willingness to work onsite twice per week at the client’s office in Cubao.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
