Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day HR operations for a specific unit within J&T Express Philippines. Reporting to the HR Manager, the role ensures that HR policies, procedures and programs are administered effectively, supporting the company’s fast‑growing logistics business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training for the assigned unit, collaborating with hiring managers to define required competencies.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave, and disciplinary processes while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives, including performance reviews and recognition programs.
• Handle complex employee inquiries, investigations and conflict resolution cases.
• Track and document mandatory and non‑mandatory training, continuing education and work assessments.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR records, supporting HR analytics and reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Sociology, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as an HR Officer, Team Leader or equivalent, handling at least one HR specialty.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine employment legislation and best‑practice HR processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
